The controller of the personal data provided to it by the data subject undertakes to process such confidential personal data in accordance with the law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation").

Below, the data controller informs the data subject about the protection and processing of personal data.
The data controller is the commercial company AlgoImperial a.s., ID No.: 14018543, with registered office at Prague 1, Týnská 632/10, Postal Code 110 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 26825, hereinafter referred to as the "Controller".
We process the following personal data when using the website, when using the services, when contacting the data subject:

- data that are publicly available from registers, records, registers, etc.
We process personal data primarily for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract, without this data we cannot perform the concluded contract. Therefore, the data provided will be used for the performance of the contract.
We also process personal data for the purpose of communication with the data subject and its subsequent archiving.
We process personal data for marketing purposes - in the case of filling in the "Subscription" form.
Furthermore, we process personal data for the fulfilment of a legal obligation under applicable legislation and/or for the purpose of data analysis, testing, statistical purposes, etc.
The controller also informs the data subject of the possible processing of personal data in connection with the monitoring of its business premises by audiovisual means, primarily for the purpose of security and protection of property, life and health of the data subject. In this sense, personal data are considered to be identifiers that can be used to link a person in the recording to the recorded behaviour. It is thus processing necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller, and the monitoring shall be carried out proportionately, adequately and to the extent necessary and shall not unduly interfere with the privacy of data subjects. The monitoring records are kept for a short period of time and are immediately deleted in the absence of a security incident; in the event of a security incident, they are then provided to law enforcement authorities and/or courts, administrative authorities, etc.
Personal data is not disclosed or provided to third countries. The personal data is mainly accessible to the controller and its employees, while other recipients of personal data may include public authorities, information system maintenance providers, providers of processing software, services and applications.
We take care to share personal data only with trusted partners within the group, i.e. Personal data may be shared with partners who help us to fulfil our contractual obligations (external collaborators, suppliers, providers of payment, accounting, tax and legal services, website administrators, security system operators, etc.), i.e. partners who provide us with appropriate guarantees that the processing meets all legal requirements, protects rights and personal data, while these partners only have access to personal data to the extent and for the time necessary.
The controller has taken all appropriate organisational and technical measures to maximise the protection of the data subject's personal data and to minimise unauthorised access to such data, both for personal data stored in electronic form (personal data is managed on our servers and/or on the servers of trusted partners) and for personal data stored in paper form.
We process personal data only for the time necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from contractual obligations and to comply with a legal obligation. We only retain personal data provided on the basis of consent until the consent is withdrawn. The personal data will be kept for a maximum period of time specified by law. After the expiry of the archiving period, the personal data will be destroyed. Personal data will also be destroyed without delay if consent is withdrawn.
To the extent provided, the data subject has the right to decide on the processing of his or her personal data, whereby the data subject may exercise the rights set out below:
o The right of access - the data subject has the right to obtain information from the controller as to whether it processes his or her personal data and, if so, what data is involved and how it is processed; the data subject has the right to obtain a copy of that data
o Right to rectification - the controller shall, without undue delay, rectify inaccurate personal data concerning the data subject at the request of the data subject, and the data subject has the right to supplement incomplete personal data at any time
o Right to erasure - the obligation for the controller to erase personal data that it processes about the data subject if certain conditions are met and the data subject so requests; personal data necessary for the exercise of legal claims and/or compliance with a legal obligation cannot be erased
o Right to restriction of processing - the data subject has the right to have the controller restrict the processing of his/her personal data in certain cases; also, the processing of personal data necessary for the exercise of legal claims cannot be restricted
o Right to object - to processing which is based on the legitimate interests of the controller, a third party or is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority, the data subject has the right to object at any time
o Right to data portability - gives the data subject the possibility to obtain the personal data he or she has provided to the controller in a standard and machine-readable format, where the data may subsequently be transmitted to another controller or where technically feasible, request that the data be transferred between the controllers
o Right to withdraw consent - this right does not apply if the personal data is processed for the performance of a contract and not on the basis of the consent given
o Right to lodge a complaint - the data subject has the right to contact the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection, at any time if he or she considers that the processing of his or her personal data has infringed the rules on data protection

The above rights can be exercised via the email or correspondence address of the controller, indicated in the text above. These addresses may also be contacted in connection with a request for additional information concerning the rights mentioned.
The personal data provided are confidential, obtained on the basis of a concluded contract or expressed consent to the processing of personal data. The data subject gives the controller consent to the processing of personal data for the duration of the contract and/or until the data subject expresses his/her disagreement with the processing of personal data. All personal data are provided voluntarily.
The controller shall act in such a way as to ensure that the data subject does not suffer any harm to his or her rights and, at the same time, to protect the personal data of the data subject from unauthorised interference.
The consent given to the controller is valid until the data subject withdraws the consent, in which case the consent may be withdrawn at any time by the data subject by means of a written communication addressed to the controller at its registered office or by e-mail. The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time does not apply if the personal data are processed for the performance of a contract or the performance of a legal obligation, not on the basis of the consent given. However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent given prior to its withdrawal.
The data subject hereby confirms that the personal data provided is correct, and at the same time confirms that he or she has given his or her consent in an informed and unambiguous manner. The data subject also confirms that he or she has been informed that this is a voluntary provision of personal data.
